Just for your information (more elaborated):
An Expert Advisor (EA) is a piece of code which analyzes the market as well as trades it, based on the criteria programmed into it. It can open trades, take profits, move stops and close trades, etc. It is executed on every tick of price movement.
[Like a Wife, always there and ordering ]

A Script is similar to an EA but it is executed only once, when dropped on chart or double clicked or used with an hot key(not on every price tick)
[One night Stand stuff ]

An Indicator is a piece of code that can analyze the market movement and graphically/textually report an output based on it . It can't perform trading functions and is executed on every tick of price movement.
[Everyday infatuations; Take it seriously or leave it ]

- As per the >Type< posted, they go to following folders of Mt4 Directory (Usually C:/Program Files/(BrokerName Mt4))
1) Expert : Copy to Mt4 Directory>Experts Folder
2) Script : Copy to Mt4 Directory>Experts>Scripts folder
3) Indicator : Copy to Mt4 Directory>Experts>Indicators Folder
- Always Restart the MT4 after copying for auto-compilation, for these to work (or compile them manually)
